Go to the first mission on the fire islands (ring of fire) and some spider boss has it. He's on the rout you're supposed to go, and it's supposed to be easier, but it's not. It's just long and crowded by really annoying lava spiders that all use it. Anyway, my group failed when we went that way, but I capped the skill

They come after the spider lair, I've noted.

Awsom for killing monks. Interrupt them as much as possible, and keep them on constant degen.

As most know, this is a key to basically every fragility build. I just started trying those out, and they are incredible.
ANd not only is it good for interrupting monks, but it's great for interrupting Warriors on your monks, since it seems to interrupt everything, even normal attacks.

There are many incredible ranger elites out there. I'm trying to pick my favourite. This one is one of my favourites, even before I've capped it.

And then, when you're fighting crappy teams that don't know how to remove hexes, cast Fragility on them, take all the points out of Wilderness Survival, and watch them die quickly.

Tiger's Fury is way worth the points in BM, even if you only put it up to level 4. 70% of the time having faster attack, rather than Lightning Reflex's 16% at best (unless you use Oath Shot as your elite).

I just yesterday got Incedary arrows and tried it out in the Competition areans, it rocks! The only down side is the short duration it lasts, so you have to really bring a rate of attack increasing skill to get the most out of it. I combined the skill with Concussion shot and Distracting shot and it is truly amazing, the caster cant do anything for that time, plus the 3 seconds of 7 Health degeneration. (on fire is 7 right?...)
It only a shame it can't be combined with practiced stance, that would be the best.

Or, if you're a R/W, Frenzy + Incindary and repeat.

pain and hurting in large degrees, although i personalyl find for a anti caster dedicated build Practiced + Chocking is better (if only for the recharge time difference)
each to there own, its still a rocking skill

I'd take TF + Incendiary + Choking w/ 16 WS for interrupt.
